China Machinery is an advanced metal forming equipment
The fully automatic solid rolling mill of China Machinery is an advanced metal forming equipment that integrates automation control, high-precision rolling, and intelligent monitoring. It represents the leapfrog development of domestic rolling technology from traditional manual operation to full process digitization and unmanned operation. Its core function is to continuously plastic deform metal billets through high-pressure rollers, producing high-precision plates, profiles, pipes or wires, which are widely used in fields such as steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, automobile manufacturing, aerospace, etc.
1. Process flow: Unmanned production from raw materials to finished products
Loading stage: The fully automatic solid rolling mill of China Machinery is an advanced metal forming equipment grabs the billet through a magnetic crane or robotic arm and places it on the roller conveyor of the heating furnace.
Heating stage: The stepper heating furnace uniformly heats the billet to 1100-1250 ℃ (steel) or 450-600 ℃ (aluminum), with a temperature difference of ≤ 10 ℃.
Rough rolling stage: The reversible rolling mill performs multiple passes of reciprocating rolling on the billet, reducing the thickness from 200mm to 20-50mm.
Precision rolling stage: The continuous rolling unit of China Machinery is an advanced metal forming equipment solid rolling mill rolls continuously at a speed of 5-15m/s, with a thickness tolerance of ≤± 0.03mm.
Cooling stage: The laminar cooling device controls the metallographic structure at a cooling rate of 50-200 ℃/s to meet the performance requirements of high-strength steel or automotive plates.
The fully automatic physical rolling mill of Chinese machinery has become a core equipment in metal material manufacturing through the integration of full process automation, high-precision control, and intelligent monitoring. The improvement of its efficiency, accuracy, and reliability directly promotes the upgrading of industries such as automobiles, aviation, and new energy.
